In My Walden Era

What have I but silent self-reflection in this time of painful evolution?
The body ages, the mind wanders, the drive slowly comes to a stop. Wanting only to be among nature, I close my eyes, open my senses, and breathe it in. From where I sit and write, I can only visualize what I hope to one day realize. To be among the trees, to walk barefoot on moss covered earth, and observe the economy of wildlife is the aim.
