My oil painting of “Trees on the Lake” was on display at the Spring Art Show at Osamequin Farm in Seekonk MA this month. It was a surreal moment for me to walk into the barn and see my painting hanging on the wall in the main room. My friend Jill, who invited me to the show and suggested I enter, also had art on display.
Jill, myself and my husband Craig all did spoken word poetry as well. The crowd was engaged and seemed to really enjoy all that we shared. It was a wonderful first experience for me and I am happy I entered my art.
